I had such a giggle with Rachael & Tom last week at their pre-wedding shoot. They chose the oh so beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum to make the most of the Autumn colours! I think we managed that - just look at those reds!! ❤️
So looking forward to shooting their big day next year - its going to be amazing!!
I caught up with Roz & Nick a couple of days ago at the fabulous Broadway Tower in the Cotswolds, where they got engaged a year ago, for their pre wedding shoot! To say they have never had a shoot before, they absolutely rocked it! So so excited for their special day next March!
If you are considering a cotswolds pre wedding photoshoot, please feel free to drop me an email to see if i can be of any help!
Last week, I had such a lovely morning with Jodie & Dan for their pre-wedding photoshoot in Gloucestershire at Haresfield Beacon. We laughed our way through the shoot, and it was so nice to hear them say they felt comfortable in front of the camera and loved their images. A common worry i hear from my clients is that they are "not photogenic" or they have never had a shoot and don't know how to stand. After my sessions, it's so refreshing when each and every one of them learn to realise that actually they do look good in photos and there really is nothing to worry about! :)
Roll on next August for Jodie & Dan's big day - I cant wait!! :)
Austin & Charlotte came all the way from Hong Kong for their pre wedding pictures! I'm so pleased we had an incredible sunny day. I had planned the locations so i could show them both this beautiful area as well as offering some pretty spectacular backdrops. We started off in Bibury, including shooting on the beautiful Arlington Row and went on to Barnsley House and Crickley Hill!
Wishing Austin & Charlotte all the very best for their big day in Hong Kong, in December! Its going to be amazing!
Becci & Craig are getting married in June this year and like most brides and grooms to be, have never had a photoshoot before and were a little nervous at the thought of the camera. So we met up at Lodge Park last week, and we had a wander, chatted weddings, holidays and everything in between and generally had a lovely time with lots of laughter! I showed them there was nothing to be afraid of and really on the wedding day, all you have to be is yourselves! :) I think they look fabulous!!
After months of emailing and meetings on Skype to Jen & Mark in New Zealand, I finally met them in person on Monday at their family home for a pre-wedding shoot! :) We had a great laugh, you can't tell its their first time in front of the camera can you? They are naturals!
Their wedding at Elmore Court is fast approaching, and i am very excited to document the big day for them - its going to be amazing!!
My lovely friends Emma & Chris are on the blog today! :)
Its now just over one month until their big day in beautiful TUSCANY! So so excited, I don't think i'll be able to put my camera down all week! Can not wait!!
Very excited for Ben & Emma's big day later this year at Hyde Barn. Here are a few shots from their lovely pre-wedding shoot at Westonbirt Arboretum from last week! Even though the rain and gale force winds were with us, we didn't mind - it adds to the fun! :)
Lieha & James are marrying next summer at one of my favourite venues, Kingscote Barn. They wanted to have a little practice session in front of the camera before their big day - they had nothing to worry about, they were naturals! It was a lovely Monday morning walking around Westonbirt arboretum with these two chatting :) So looking forward to their big day in June!
A little sneak peek at the fabulous cookery class with Anna Barnett, at Soho Farmhouse last week!
Absolutely delicious food - check out her latest cook book, its pretty awesome!
Today, I met up with Abi & Patrick ahead of their wedding next month at Wootton Park in Warwickshire! Here's a little sneak peek - the boat shots remind me of one of my favourite stories & films, "The Notebook" : )
I met up with Luke & Natasha last weekend to discuss their special day and get to know them a little better! To say that neither of them have had a photoshoot before, I think they did a great job! :)
Really looking forward to their wedding day this summer!
A very chilly pre-wedding shoot on the blog today! I met up with Claire & Tony in the beautiful Bourton On the Water at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. It was - 5 degrees - brr! Nothing like a nice frosty walk, whilst all togged up!
Really looking forward to photographing C & T's wedding day in April! :)
Photographed this little cutie yesterday; 11 week old Isaac! (particularly loving his viking outfit!!) :)
Last week, The Shires performed at a very small gig in Oxfordshire with a Q & A by the fab Jo Whiley. If you haven't yet heard the Shires, check out their music! They are an awesome British duo with country style! I loved photographing their set and looking forward to seeing them again soon!
Not every day you get to photograph Idris Elba! :)
I was lucky enough to go along and witness a preview of his fab new album "Murdah Loves John" - out on December 15th! Well worth a listen!!
Here's a little preview;
